Ahhhh. Marko's voice is like sitting in a room listening to an old friend. It's just so comfortable and comforting. It may sound contradictory but, even when he is using vocal fry, or screaming, there is that sense of familiarity there, at least for me. Thank you so much for reacting to this wonderful song, a tribute to a father that Marko obviously both loved and admired. I wonder if the mirrors are because he is looking in them and not only hearing his father in the song, but seeing his father reflected back?

Marko's solo album was released twice, the first 2019 one was in Finnish, the the English version in 2020. Some songs were originally written in Finnish and some in English, then were translated to the other for each album version. Now you see what I meant when I said that I thought "Left On Mars" ,with Tarja, would fit musically with songs on this album.
