Yehi media walo ka kaam hai, janta se poochna and fir janta ko janta ke bare me dikhana . Ye koi factory darshan ka show to hai nhi . Media channel (even if online) hi to hai . Second vo Malik “skilled labor hai, skilled labor hai” bol bol ke tarkana chahta tha ... ye metal ka residue in mazdooron ke lungs me jamega , and in jaise factory kisi tarha ka na PF deti hai na insurance. Kam se kam mask to provide Kara hi sakte the na . And “ skilled labor” ko paise kitne milte hai vo bhi jayaz sawal hai.

Not about just saftey gears. There is no proper illumination, no proper ventilation, no machines have saftey covers, machines are not in proper order. This metal finishing work requires expensive breathing masks not any ordinary mask will do. They are mostly exporting their produce so they are earning pretty good profit this kind of cost cutting is in their blood, it's governments responsibility to enforce the laws but no govt got time for this, it's the sad reality of this country. The height of exploitation is unimaginable.

It's their responsibility to follow all the SOPs. No business owners wants ki unke labourers ko unnecessarily suffer Krna pde kyuki at last nuksaan business ka hi hoga I personally feel labourers are too ignorant about their own safety. There should be frequent awareness programmes by govt or NGOs/Labour unions about their safety and security.

I was expecting that most of people will do some concerning comments after watching the situation of two workers, even the the title and thumbnail of video is picturing the concern, but it's sad to see that many people are not able to understand the seriousness and the purpose of reporting, they are watching this report and commenting on as they are watching a vlog.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. This factory looks like an "andheri gufa", no proper illumination, no proper ventilation, none of the machines are in order, no saftey covers on the machine, no saftey gears. This polishing work requires a pretty expensive breathing mask which has to be replaced on timely basis. This factory produces export good so they are earning pretty good profit and they are still cutting costs on the lives of their workers. The height of exploitation of workers in our country is unimaginable. I was a civil site engineer I know how a company treats their labourers. No govt got time to enforce laws they are busy in just painting shiny and beautiful pictures.
