Metal Slug is some of the most famous and beloved pixel art of all time. I think changing the graphics is bad idea. Should've just improved the performance and had an easy mode for kids with infinity continues.

The main issue: the originals were handcrafted one of a kind pixel masterpieces, made to be beaten in less than an hour with hundreds of hours of practice. This is completely incompatible with the idea of making a perpetual game that makes money forever, on a mobile game budget. They have to keep iterating on an artstyle that is faithful to the original work, allows you to make a lot of it for content, and is affordable. Maybe they'll get it one day. Until then, we deal with hideous new Metal Slug releases

@@awsxedc3 I actually played Metal Slug 3D and it was a pretty good game. Depending on the gameplay this could be what revives the franchise. I was just happy to hear the original sounds again

Well to be fair Metal Slug audiences are much older than kids , I too love the old pixel sprites from MSA mobile , but the new game is pretty Fun they're using old assets and levels from the Older games in storyline

@@breakdik nope. ur brutally wrong. the pixelated version has idle animation, pistol reload animation, the bosses have individual moving animation in their body parts. unlike the 3d version which feels stiff and rushed.

Muchos andan hypeados ultimamente, no se que odio. Puede ser mejor dicho el odio del "chavorruco" que Metal Slug debe ser pixeles y Gun n' Run si o si (cosa que hay pocos 3D y uno si es bueno).
