Either you love it or you hate it.... In 1997 W.A.S.P. released their most brutal and industrial album to date: "KFD". In this interview Blackie explains how journalists made him pick up the phone to get Chris Holmes back in the band, what it was like working together again and how they secretly wrote music for 8 months. He also shares how the album turned out so industrial sounding and the inspiration for the lyrics as some of the titles can remind of more Animal (I Fxxx Like A Beast)'ish tracks.
...and we also get details about the planned stage show that would be more brutal than ever!

Thank you so much for inviting Blackie to the studio then, it happens infrequently, usually only an interview by phone... Tell me please, you probably didn't have video from this event then? That would be absolutely priceless!!

When I married with Lita Ford, she was nominated for 'Vocalist Of The Year,' and he made sure I couldn't go to the music awards. He made sure I couldn't go, and I didn't go. It was gonna cost me a large amount of money and I just… The year before, I went, and she had me wear a white suit, and I can remember him telling me after the show… I didn't look at it; I didn't even tape it. But he goes, 'Oh, you had to wear a white suit. You stuck out like a sore thumb.' I didn't even think about it. I guess I did. But he watched it. He didn't like it 'cause he wasn't there."
