"Soldier Stands Solitarily" or SSS is currently my fav Lovebites song. This video was a rip from the Tokyo leg of their "Judgement Day" tour from last year, which was also streamed LIVE to an international audience. Hence, what you saw was raw with no post-production and yet the ladies absolutely killed it. For a full appreciation of how awesome this track is, you should also check out the studio version at your own time.

I understand, it's different for Live in terms of sound but we can see the skills of their fingers, hands and vocals.. If you want to hear it better live, use Hearfree... This video was taken from a live stream and is their raw sound without any post production. That‘s also why the mix is not as good we are used to from their live videos. For example the bass drum cuts through very much and the snare sounds not as sharp …

It had a completely different shape than this one, except for the chorus. The chorus was punchy and had a good melody, so I wasn't satisfied with it as it was. This time, I restructured it and reincarnated it. In Miyako's mind, she thought the BPM was too fast, so Miyako said in her mind to Haruna(Dr), "I'm sorry," "If you lower this BPM, it will feel different!" she said. So in Miyako's mind, Miyako said, "Haruna can play at this BPM," and"If you don't play like this, it won't sound cool!" With that in mind, Miyako entered the bass line into the software.

10:00 After such a show on such an energy level, I would just be exhausted and finished as a musician, soaking wet. But these ladies still look refreshed and neatly, as if going to a press conference, PR foto smiles included. 😂 Like "Well, that was a nice line-check, let's have some snacks until our show starts." 😂 And none of them missed a beat or a note, and Haruna went nuts on her drum riser, driving them across the Metal highway at about 1000 mph. 😂 These ladies simply are head and shoulders above many other Metal bands. Upcoming suggestions: "Empty Daydream-you get a glimpse of Asami's R&B roots as well as hear great backing harmonies by Miho and Miyako, including a haunting echo of Asami's chorus lyrics by Miyako (you just need to hear it); "Raise Some Hell"- a fun jam by the ladies that includes Zakk Wylde like pinch harmonics; and "Today Is The Day", great message, and each section flows flawlessly, a perfect composition, imo, that just makes you feel good listening to it. Of course there are probably around 30 originals for you to discover, plus a cover of Judas Priest's "Painkiller", and each is wonderful in it's own way.

Significantly better than other uploads from the livestream. The video has also been 'cleaned up' somewhat. Pixelation cannot be restored, but clarity improved & 'haze' reduced. Requests for a more 'balanced' mix (i.e.: slightly less drums) is possible. comment on harupi360 video. For those interested/concerned, when a video is uploaded to u2b a copyright check is run. If/when copyrighted content is found the copyright-owner is notified. With LOVEBITES, Victor claims any revenue generated & informs the channel/uploader: "Copyright-protected content found. 1. Official CD audio 2023 This link says "video is missing". Most likely, there was an update on the channel and the song 'Soldier Stands Solitarily' now has a different link. My opinion - is that everything that the group and the Label publishes on their resources is acceptable and should be recommended. Maybe I'm wrong, but the quality of the audio and video posted by the group and the Label has always been good. 2. Premier Listening Party 2023 In my opinion, the sound quality is better than the video from the concert stream (September 2023), which Amiekinz4ever checked in this reaction. I think because during the Premier Listening Party there was an original studio audio recording of the Album. In addition, it is interesting to watch how the ladies behave while the song plays. I would recommend this video better. Instead of the concert video (September 2023) that was tested in this reaction. 3. harupi360 fan-remix 2024 I agree with you - this is perhaps the best option that appeared on YT from the concert stream (September 2023). Personally, I would recommend this video only to those people who already have an idea about LOVEBITES, who have already checked a number of the band’s songs and are convinced that this band is very good Live. Until there are official releases (DVD/Blu-ray) with the song 'Soldier Stands Solitarily'. And other songs not yet released on DVDs/Blu-rays. But this is just my, subjective opinion. @@GrayFox14 Thanks for your opinion. 1. I suspect you are not in USA as the link is the USA Official link. I have a LoveBitten friend in Germany that informs me that USA Official links do not work for him, hidden or missing when I share them. I suspect it is Victor's way of monitoring/controlling USA views separate from other geographic-areas/markets. I'll try to get the EU link from him to include. 2. Yes, the Official CD audio is used for this and well retained quality. I do very much enjoy this presentation. I think these are 5 wonderful people that are also awesome musicians, composers, arrangers & performers. We are very lucky, imo. (I will meet them in September!) 3. I appreciate your opinion of "perhaps the best option" for LIVE of this song, currently. Minimal expense but considerable time invested, stem isolation, select-equalizing, remix, etc. Improving for my personal enjoyment has been a significant & enjoyable project. A 'balanced-mix' is forthcoming (from that channel) I believe. The upload used for this ( Amiekinz4ever) reaction is further degraded from the original stream (imo) which was sub-par for LOVEBITES to my ears, though I am very grateful as it was my first 'real-time' LIVE LOVEBITES experience (!!!!!). btw, u2b has been increasingly inconsistent in notification on replies & likes to my comments & not showing new LOVEBITES uploads for many hours. They then show up in same search saying up for 4, 5, or 6 hours when did not show in several searches during that time... @@dregeye I also have problems with U2B. They started 1.5 years ago. It started with the fact that instead of my nickname (Серый Лис), some numbers and letters appeared. The same thing happened with the nicknames of many other people - I only see a set of numbers and letters. My avatar and the avatars of other people are not visible to me, they have disappeared. Moreover, regardless of whether I use a computer or a telephone. U2B began to frequently delete my comments. Although I'm not breaking anything. 100% of my comments with links to any songs, other channels, etc. automatically blocked. I also often don’t receive notifications. And other problems with U2B that did not exist 1.5-2 years ago You're right, I'm not from the US. I live in Russia. The quality of the Internet in my country has deteriorated because the government has virtually introduced censorship everywhere, banned many popular (in the West) social networks, and is trying to use various technical devices to control the flows of information in those social networks that are still allowed in Russia ( Wh.Ap, Telegr., U2B ). They do this in order to identify those who disagree with their policies and punish them. Because of this, the Internet speed often drops, I regularly experience disconnections from U2B and other technical problems. So far I am somehow overcoming these problems. But at any moment Russia can completely separate its sector of the Internet from the Global Internet and make something like a Chinese 'The Great Firewall'. They may also block U2B in Russia. Information about this has already been circulating for more than a year among Internet users in Russia. Therefore, as long as I have the technical ability and time, I try (to the best of my ability and knowledge) to promote LOVEBITES on U2B. 🤗These ladies deserve world fame, recognition and to receive millions of $.

Your original name may still be available and it will notify you if someone else is now using it. I feel the urge to add, that *Haruna* practices *3-dimensional drumming* here, if such method exists at all: Using _all_ of her drumset instruments, playing them at top speed for the complete length of this song, and looking content or even _happy_ while going nuts on her drum riser. And just imagine, that other high-speed songs follow in any show they play, and Haruna does not cease to drive the band relentlessly across the Metal highway, reliable like a metronome. This lady simply is a one-off. Haruna's drumming here strongly reminds me of her male drumming colleague Shiraishi Hibiki (白石響) from the Japanese Metal band "Chaos Control", where Lovebites' former bass player (and founding member) _Rosanna Miho_ is currently helping out. In my opinion, Shiraishi Hibiki is the best _male_ drummer in the world, and Haruna surely is the best _female_ drummer. Just watch the official "Chaos Control" video "The legacy within" here on KZfaq, observe the drummer, and you know what I mean.

This is a "pirated" recording. Therefore, the sound and video are bad. Deterioration (distortion) of video and audio occurred twice. First, when they made this recording, then when they posted it on YT (information compression).

Dear fans. Many of you persistently recommend videos of songs from this stream ... This is a “pirated” recording that greatly distorts the real picture (video and audio). Deterioration (distortion) of picture and audio occurred at least twice: 1. when they made this recording from the stream; 2. when they posted it on YT (information compression). Dear fans. Many of you stubbornly continue to assert that ALL Audio releases (CDs and Vinyls), all MVs of LOVEBITES are worse than any videos of live concerts. If you personally prefer to only watch DVDs/Blu-rays, this does not mean that CDs and Vinyls are worse. They are of the highest quality. When you say this, then: 1. You do anti-advertising for all audio products (CDs and Vinyls) band. Try to look at it more broadly, what this leads to. If many fans of the band have been saying this for several years, then accordingly:: - fewer people will buy audio (Studio Albums, EPs, Live Albums, Compilation Albums). - accordingly, Ladies will earn less money. - the Label will receive less profit. And he will have less money to further promote this band! Then these same fans are surprised and indignant why the Label rents such small halls for the band, why doesn’t the Label organize World Tours lasting 1 - 1.5 years, ect.? 2. You give the well-known many-faced Troll a reason and opportunity to weave intrigues: the musicians don’t know how to play, LOVEBITES sound disgusting, etc. 3. What should be the reaction of a person who checks with LOVEBITES for the first time (such videos)? Is this the same famous band that I was asked to check out many times? The sound is terrible, the picture quality is bad! P.S. You can't make a first impression twice! The first impression is very difficult to change! A person will not only be disappointed in this band , but he can also share his first (negative) impressions with many of his friends and acquaintances. Nothing personal. It will be good if at least some of the fans think about my words. And he will understand me correctly.

I agree with your view on posting/recommending deteriorated video/audio as a bad idea. "Demand" for a LIVE performance of this song & the diminished quality of other uploads motivated this offering. The audio on this clip is a little thin, and there are a lot of things going on during Haruna's drum solo near the end that didn't come through. If you get a chance to check out the DVD quality version of this, give it a listen. Haruna puts on a master class on cymbal work.

Great song but the audio on this is inferior to studio. No post production on this. Go back and listen to studio to get the full appreciation of this awesome speed metal song. Not all live performances on KZfaq are good. Sorry no one told you.

The mix is a bit meh on this one. The album version, you really hear each instrument much clearer. Haruna is a beast on this track, though.

Greetings friend. A video with poor production, but anyway, the point is to see these wonderful girls in action. This song is a challenge, a challenge. Very difficult for Asami to sing, she has a hard time getting there, but she sings it with dignity (and always pretty). And Haruna also has to work hard, the guitars too... These girls are tremendous, but I prefer songs where they really enjoy themselves, they don't need to prove anything. There are songs in the studio that are impossible to reproduce live, but these ladies do it. Not like other groups (Judas Priest playing Painkiller, for that matter).

Not an official video release - this is a bootleg of a livestream, so this is as raw as it get, and was explicitly labeled not to be recorded or rebroadcast. It was a present to the fans. The album version of this song is crazy good.

@@Amiekinz4ever LOVEBITES did a pay-per-view stream of their September 24, 2023 show in Tokyo. It included an 'archive' for one week while they still sold access. They did not want it made available particularly during that time in order to get more people to purchase for access. Considering how tolerant they have been of all fan uploads since they began bassist auditions, even of content from discs still being sold, and all uploads are "copyright claimed" but "allowed to use on KZfaq" I don't think it is quite the same as 'bootleg' or even 'unauthorized'. For many of us it was our first 'real-time' LIVE LOVEBITES experience! Couldn't pass on having it in MY archive &;-) 🐺 dreg👁
