Играл я 7 лет, даже был в группе таких же самоучек аля "гаражный бэнд" почти год. А кто решил что я "ДОЛЖЕН" знать нотки в децибелах ??? Вы так решили? Я нот вообще не знаю (у нас только клавишница шарила), я не учился в муз школе, так с какого перепуга я "ДОЛЖЕН" знать ???

@@user-eq4jo1cn7b нигде она не косячит. Это специальный приём такой - атоналные интервалы вставляет в музыку. Не знаю, как правильно называется - нет музыкального образования.

I disagree with that. Talent can take you only so far because nobody is born knowing anything about piano. It's 90% hard work and 10% talent.

@@nyobunknown6983 I've been playing guitar every day for the 50 years I've been on this planet and I'm still only 10% the player my high school buddy was... it's a very physical, genetic thing... some people are wired to process smoother, faster, the hands... some people grip you like a wrench and some are delicate and surgical... talent is a very real thing and if you don't have any of it all the hard work in the world will only make you mediocre.

Gamazda doesn't play music, she IS the music itself. I've never seen such virtuosity on the piano for music like this. She don't "cover" because these pieces are in a class of their own, their very own interpretation. Watch and listen - goosebumps PURE !!!

In my 63 years, I have witnessed maybe two perfect performances of anything done live. This was absolute perfection!!! I sat here and cried watching her. The passion she puts into this song was beyond belief. Does Gamazda tour? I would die a happy man if I could see her live!!

@@bctesla Yes, she does, and I think of her as a musical alchemist. I'm kind of old and don't listen to a lot of the music she has transformed, but that doesn't matter at all. To my ears, she spins every tune into musical gold. I don't say this because I am a supporter. I am a supporter because I can honestly say this. Of all the pianists I have heard on KZfaq, she is the one who sings to me through that instrument. :)

I remember watching this for the first time. It was also my first Gamazda video. At the begining I said "OK, this is nice". Then, as the song progressed, I realized what a huge understatement that was. All skill and passion and beauty, everything mixed in one person. My head exploded 🤯 Been watching her whole channel ever since. Lots of songs I love... Some I didn´t know... Today I´m here for the 10.000th time, and I´m falling in love all over again. Thank you Alexandra. I´m your fan forever.

If you like piano covers then you should take a look at Etienne Venier, he has covered 151 Infected Mushroom tracks and some sound so good like they were meant to be piano pieces.

My point was I could sit and close my eyes and know exactly the song and every note from the solo to the rhythm. YES... no drums. Not needed. She kept the entire tempo and at no point did I ever go “what song is this?”

Not gonna lie, as a lifelong Metallica fan, when I saw this in my recommended, I clicked on it with low expectations. After watching it, I gotta say I was blown away. I'll be listening to this on repeat for a while. You definitely have a gift. Instant sub.

Just like you, i got this recommended and took a shot at it. But I disagree about the result. There's far too much theatralisation and "youtube show effect". If you just listen at it without image, it becomes far less impressive. Up to the solo (which on the other hand I really liked) there's not much sensitivity : it's pretty much all "power play".
