At first time I heard Heilung, I think omg, this voice is so familiar. I Googled it, and yes, she is Maria. I love Heilung, but still miss EUZEN 🥺

The keyboard player for Euzen is Christopher Juul also of Heilung. The old man playing the gyuitar is Chris' father Harold Juul.

Shes norwegian, met her a few times, her folk music stuff is so so beautiful! You can hear the norwegian/nordic folk tones in the parts of this song with no lyrics, that almost yodel sound.

As others have said, Maria is the one that sang on the Heilung video I had you react to. She has an amazing voice and is one of my biggest musician crushes :)

First time listening to Euzen, looks like I missed something really good. My first thought was also about Dolores for some reason.

So glad to see this track get some attention. You should also check out The Stage from the same concert and the official video for Phobia if you like them. Also more Heilung is always welcome (2/3 of them are in both bands).

BTW it's pronounced YOU-zeen for some reason... I dunno why, but that's how Maria says it and I pretty much will just do anything she says. 😉

Oh I didn't expect to find Euzen here, a pleasant surprise. I gotta admit I never made the connection with Delores/Cranberries but Rich, you're very much right. Blackbriar - Arms of the Ocean, though really any song honestly. They're a Dutch band, they're quite witchy... #painintheask

#moreplease Also the Keyboardist here Christopher Juul was part of another band called Valravn. Valravn - Seersken - Live @ Amager Bio 2011 has Maria Franz doing guest vocals.

She also sings in the band Songleikr. Would love seeing you reacting to 1. her singing "Ulvetime" with Songleikr (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fKxpoNeh3JmaZZc.html) which is more of a nordic folk song I think. I really really like it. 2. her singing 'Mirage' with Euzen (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/atpmZ5Nnnsy8n5s.html). Like this one even more than Metamorph.

Euzen ([yo͞o-siːn], spoken like „you seen“),i think she is more inspired by BJÖRK (Suggarcubes: Birthday),the amazing female vocalist from Iceland.Check out AURORA together with WARDRUNA Live.....best mixed Duett ever.....
