Ingredients:
Toor Dal - 1 cup
Methi/Fenugreek leaves - 3 cups packed
Tomato - 1
Green Chillies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tspn
Ghee - As needed
Hing - 1/4th tspn
Mustard Seeds - 3/4th tspn
Cumin Seeds - 1 tspn
Curry leaves - 10
Red Chillies - 2
Garlic - 2.5 tbsp minced
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - to taste
