This speedrun uses the new "Power Bombs Before Bombs" route that utilizes a new secret world in GFMC Compound to skip going to Great Temple early in the game and get a Power Bomb Expansion in Dynamo Chamber, it removes the need to get Feeding Pit's power bomb (removing the RNG related to it in the process) and it saves around 40 seconds.
Pretty good speedrun, less dumb mistakes around and more clean movement but still has a couple of major mistakes in it, namely Doomed Entry after Light Beam, Quad wallcrawl and Fight, bad Transit Tunnel South and failed Gathering Hall ceiling warp, bad Dark Agon Temple escape.
But there are still good highlights of it, the spotlight belongs to entering the Agon elevator in less than 7 minutes at the start, successful 1-Cycle Chykka, and perfect Agon cleanup with a first try Mine Shaft sw and first try Mining Plaza reverse ceiling warp.
With all of this in mind, I'd say this is a good time to settle on for now.
13 minutes faster than DF's pb from 2018, big improvements all around and I'm happy for it.
