It is so sad that when Ron says no to teaming up with another all-star player, the first thing Shannon says is no ring. As if a ring is a determiner of a great player. Its really ad. What happened to wanting to beat your peers and prove that you better than them?

@Good Vibez Not in there prime. Barkley joined the Rockets at the end of his career. Malone joined the Lakers at the end of his career. They all went head to head in their prime. That ‘s what it ‘s about. There is also a big difference in creating a contender through drafts (Bulls drafted Jordan, then Pippen, then Horace for example) and calling up your buddies to ask them to join you. That ‘s why Lebron will never be considered the goat by many.

Lol 10 years down the line all of that goes out the window 🪟 if you don't have a ring. Stop being hypocritical. He's lucky LA even called. Otherwise he'd be forgotten just like TMac, Jalen Rose, Sheriff Abdul Rahim, Abdul Rauf, Jermain O'Neal, Eddie Jones, Nick Van Axel, and many other great players that didn't win a ring. 🙄

I'm starting to hate Shannon Sharpe's "HEh-he, hEh-he..." laugh. He does it when he knows he's outmatched in an argument.

No disrespect in todays team and players, but you can see the unsaid pride of them older generation wanting to prove themselves by playing and winning a chip by themselves as the lone star, And I know in todays NBA you can't win without having 2-3 stars tho.

Dude turned down Bron??? If this was around the time he was in Sacramento....I know he regrets that decision, those had to be the worst years of his career playing for the Kings.

Bruh, you were good, but not that good. The only time you won a championship was with kobe. Before that, you were at the house watching the finals.
