The cockroach has another defense mechanism which is to open its wings. By doing so, they are able to deter predators as large as an adult human, and send them running like the little kid they were decades ago!

Their brains are very primitive and work on instincts. A 'switch' in its brain told it to clean antenna and it ignored everything else (since they can only concentrate on one instinct at a time).

Tbf, some larger cockroach's are nasty. But Tarantulas tend to rule the bug world. Very few arachnids or insects can take a tarantula that aren't specifically designed to do so (like the Hawk Wasp). It's just almost impossible for any other "bug" to compete with the tarantula's size advantage.

Daddy long legs have one segment, thus they arnt real spiders, daddy long legs are harvestmen and cellar spiders are regular house spiders

Its crazy how tarantulas and other big bugs are scared usually of bugs their size, yet were scared of them and we're a million times bigger. The tarantula might see us as Godzilla or some shit so they would probably run for their life.
