We have no known voice recordings of Luciano, but by all first-hand accounts he had a very similar, soft spoken heavy New York accent.

I love this guy. Seemed like a very pragmatic gentle guy, someone who I would have loved to have as a neighbor. I honestly can't see him being brutal to someone who didn't already have it comin to them, which is how it should be anyways.
