You just see a snippet and have decided that the judge is wrong...Teffo has always interjecting,standing withput being recognised first by the judge,making wild accusations,getting off topic ...while the court gave him time repeatedly to state his points,Teffo couldn't show that courtesy to his colleagues...I applaud the judge for his patience and I.see its beggining to wear thin...Teffo has being found guilty before for disrespecting the court and it seems that it is his modus operandi

Advocate, Teffo in terms of professional deco rum, is completely wrong however the reason and Urgency of what he had to put forward was within the ambits of the Law.He does indicate his' Johnny's come late' state of affairs but he managed to be within the timeframe, lost time is never regained hence his Frustration! He is a law expert and we are watching court procedures ,process's and how they are realized in a practical situation. He can't jeopardized his client's position of interest and also their constitutional rights,he knows exactly what is at stake! At first I was irritable and nearly termed him a woman's abuser in as far as GBV is concerned but I've since retracted my stance's. Advocate Msholololo is both a Lady and highly intelligent in terms of professional deco rum and emotional conduct. My retractable state arose when adv.Teffo invited adv.Mshololo to the chamber for all to deliberate and she flatly refused and her body language spoke for her,that was a turning point on my sight,she lost it so both need to deal with Robust issues while maintaining composure! A great person is one who calmly tell someone to go to' Hell' and the person willingly look's forward to that,that's a reputable and respected person.

@@yoliswa5390 Hi,Yoliswa,1st I'm not in any legal fraternity whatsoever I've said it based on observation, education we received through watching and following the case and most importantly listening to Law expert's while being interviewed and personal private education on legal matter's. Coming to advocate Teffo and his unbecoming conduct,1st,he had 4days of uninterrupted grilling of the witness,Mr Mosia and advocate Mshogololo was interrupted so much but she kept her composure something I doubt he could have endured given his temperament! At time's he just stood up and even instructing the judge to stop proceedings based on the crucial findings he was having and he was clouded by anger so much that it really skipped his mind that there are procedures that need to be followed which he,advocate Teffo had not done and promised to compile and submit them on Monday.The judge was so tolerant with him so much that I'm of opinion that next time,adv.Teffo should not be allowed to mess thing's so much but everything must be cautiously done and within the Ambit's of the Law because,we dealing with a guru of the law,remember he worked for the SAP for 12 year's before persuading LAW.I love him to bit's as far as his conduct is concerned in legal matter's and pursuant ion of Justice but yesterday's conduct, I give him-5!

Yes he has no respect for the judge but this judge also has no degree its a circus This country is in deep trouble if you have lawyers and judges like this Tefo was a cop thats why he is so arrogant But he knows something deep about this whole case but to be a lawyer is a no go for him he is unethical
