I would say ver kas definitely have a significant edge for best mgs ever

@Jetfire48 I definitely respect that. However, personally, I have never been too impressed with the Ver Ka line except with the Sinanju Stein and Hi-Nu. Every other Ver Ka has been a complete let down with significant flaws.

I fucking love their builds, but holy shit do those kits degrade, they're reprinted so much that they kinda become shit or drop in quality years later. Though I gotta say if you organism that much over the detail of the barbatos, you gotta get a pg mk 2 gundam sometime

You'll be glad to know that the majority of the runners containing the parts of the inner frame says "MG 1/100 Gundam Frame". This means that it is highly likely we are going to get more MG IBO kits in the future

This is a Master "walking-piston" grade which is an excellent feature constructing the kit!

My favorite MG to date, I just finished mine and decided to go full custom with it and I've never had so much fun. The building of the frame was my favorite aspect for sure.

Now that Bandai has the Gundam Inner Frame for IBO. This means we should be getting more IBO MG kits later on and I'm very excited for it. Of course in the future Bandai will do a PG Barbatos but I'm all good with MG.

Knowing how flexible Barbatos was in the show, I was hoping you'd show us some 2 handed poses with the sword and mace to see if it can do it. I also would've loved if the kit came with an extra hand that grips the mace head like he did in episode 3.

as of now nothing beats the MG barbatos.. Maybe if bandai release the MG gusion rebake or MG barbatos lupus that would be the best kits. nice video i like this review

Also you missed something with the head, Krow. The "polycap" at the base of the head is on a hinge, which allows the Barbatos to look up higher than you demonstrated. It's best accessed by slowly shimmying it up while grabbing it by the head by the cheeks

Honestly the MG barbatos is definitely a really good kit, but I'm not gonna suck it off lol. It's greatest aspect is it feels like a return to "2.0 style" which is greatly appreciated after all the mg releases with really lackluster inner frames (looking at you mg Jegan)

This kit reminds me of those great 2.0 kits like RX78 and MKII, but vastly improves on their best qualities. The way I acted in this video was over exaggeration for the sake of comedy in the video. Seems like that fell on def ears, but I really do love the kit.

All of the pistons on this kit have the exact same problem. They're just slightly too short to enable full range of movement without popping out of their sockets. Worse still is the ball joints they're attached to; they pop out way too easily.

Ok did any body else see that light between yellow part of the shoulder armor and right arm when krow said adjectives? 😨 Idk bout yall but i say p-bandai 6th form and normal release of the Lupus with the sword mace, forearm cannons and twin mace and normal release of the Lupus Rex.

I don't like that the shoulders don't have the upward and backward movement like the HG. Other than that I like it more than the MG Justice and Freedom 2.0. Now the wait starts for the Metal Robot Spirits Barbatos Lupus Rex 😆.....and maybe, hopefully, I'm praying for a RG Babatos trio

The only thing that would make this a better OOB build would be a couple little extra colour apps. 1. Piping was moulded in a red colour. 2. Piston holding moulded in colour 3. Blade moulded in the silver. But that's me just being fussy, think of those extras as the cherry on the amazing cake.

Since Barbatos has a rather violent battle style, I think Amazons Rider's color scheme would fit perfectly.

@@bit0016 Since TV tropes classified Barbatos as Kuuga Expy and Barbatos serial number ASW-G-0 *8* is Khorne's number is my primarily reasons for that two colour scheme. But thanks for suggestion

i don't like Barbatos design(i'm not saying it's bad just don't like it), but i'm glad to hear Babartos 4th form is good and solid kit. My hope for MG Astaroth(all 3 forms of it) to be a good kit is really high. hope bandai won't f---ed up.
