Nice comparison! Build Fighters and the HG Fenice Rinascita got me back into building gunpla years ago. It still poses well. I think it has the best looking bird mode of all the wing kits.

Personal opinion. I have built hg and mg fenice rennesita and the hg fenice rennisita libra. I have built most of the wing zero kits and variants. I have even done 7 finished kitbashes with another 6 in the works. My first kitbash is a mg using parts from wing zero custom, the freedom, the reborns, the fenice rennisita, and some builders parts. I have a 2nd kitbash using parts from the freedom, the fenice rennisita, the epyon, and destiny gundam. And a third hg kitbash using hg fenice rennisita and rennesita libra combined. The mg fenice is better then the hg hands down. I do wish the mgs hip armor attatched via a rubber polycap thing instead of the more complicated joint the mg got.

I really liked its first form where it was super asymmetrical.

@@squirlking2 i think i meant the armor hand that is not able to hold the buster rifle/beam saber completely(i mean i know able to hold it half, but it still not all)

It blocks the hand when to hold the weapons

@@hilyatulaulia2032 at least with my hg and mg i didn't have an issue. And any sort of instability is fixed with sticky puddy or a bit of glue or extra paint. On the mg the little flap part i believe you are referring to can move. So you can adjust it to deal with that.

I never really liked this design too much. it's like this design took away all of the personality of the standard Fenice

The design is good, look at custom color schemes and your mind will change

@@LongJourney93 I mean the base, the one from the anime. The asymetrical nature of the standard Fenice fits Fellini a lot more, and the upgrade should've been better, especially with the Fenice's last fight with the Qubeley Papillon
