I’m legit so excited for Clementine. I may be a late teenager and not susceptible to slime gimmicks but I’ve fallen hard for the glitter legs and I can’t wait to give her a cozy autumn themed makeover.

The faces on the Descendants 4 dolls honestly look hyperrealistic to me compared to the Hasbro Disney Descendants dolls, and I hope that their clothes are good quality! As for the new Moonbows dolls, at least their clothes look decent enough, even if they do have the annoying gimmicky legs!🖤💜

I only ever watched the animated shorts series for descendants so the hasbro dolls never seemed off to me? They were clearly based on the animation's designs and not the actors, which was a good thing imo.

😱 They massacred princess charming an actress face when trying to translate it into a doll! She looks so sweet in the photos and the doll she looks… how do I word it… like rebellious? The only one where they did good justice to is Red, but atleast it’s good clothing quality… 😅

So I looked up the new Decedents movie after finding out about it randomly. Basically the plot is that Red gets invited to the big prep school (now run by Ursula’s daughter) and her mom the Queen Of Hearts uses it as a way to get even with Cinderella because she’s got a big grudge against her due to some incident in the past. This results in Red and Cinderella’s daughter Chloe (the princess girl) using some mystical device to travel back in time (tbh given this is a fantasy thing it makes sense there be something that can allow this and I’ll take that over a typical magic spell because it can be interesting especially if done right) to prevent the incident in question. Hijinks ensue obviously.

I’m upset about the Clementine doll because I think she’s cute and then you look down and she has hollow glitter legs for some godforesaken reason

Honestly i love how mattel is going the more realistic route with the face's making the dolls look more like the actors and actresses.

There is time travel in this movie, They start in normal time, and go back and meet their parents as teenagers. There willd also be a doll of older queen of hearts. So yea, it makes sense if you follow the story line.

i think they definitely could’ve given the rh dolls with glitter legs if they made 2 halves of the legs both clear with the glitter than use a clear or foggy like plastic for the knee joint and have that js be a solid piece of plastic if that makes sense but i rly like the dolls they’re rly cute

I don't know what to make of the Sparkle and Shine dolls. I could forgive the slime dolls but there's just something kind of... low budget about them. Like they should be sold at Big Lots next to the $7 Barbies.

They should've kept the knee joint & not made the legs have liquid in them. Just clear legs with glitter. But I guess they need a stupid gimmick so little kids can " shake & sparkle". These dolls & details are definitely at step up from previous reboot dolls, but another step in removing more articulation. That's not good !

I enjoy descendants story wise but their clothes weren’t that great enough to begin with to have dolls… All the weird pleathery looks made no sense to me especially for fairytale characters. And the fact that ppl think descendants is better than EAH I worry about those who claim that…
