After so many years I finally completed Master's Test inspired by your run. I nearly copied the seregios part with the tripping.

When people say MH4U Charge Blade was broken they weren't joking, add the fact that Canta is also broken and you have a Diablos obliterated even before he finishes roaring in Apex mode

Seregios: I'm going apex! Canta: mhm, sure. Seregios: *dies* Diablos: I'll destroy you as an apex! Canta: Yep, that's cute. Diablos: *dies* Jho: I did it! I actually hit them! Canta: You sure did. I'm going to murder you now, okay?

that feel when the run is doing well and Diablos notices you

This was my first Monster Hunter game and I discovered you through it. Watching this video 3 years later and realizing now that you're still a god at the monster series. It's because of watching your videos that I'm good (I'd say "decent" is a better word to describe it, but still lol) at the franchise as well. Just wanted to say thank you for entertaining me for years and teaching me in a way.

you know the "orginal monster hunters" in the lore that could destroy monster? Pretty sure canta is one of them.

I see comments saying they don't know how to use the charge blade, and I agree. However, I just got some tips from my friend who is a charge blade expert. A+X after a strike for shield attack (if files are charged and you have red Phials, press A+X after shield attack to use an axe attack. press R during this attack to charge the ultra, the red shield. then press R+X to charge your phials.) once you have the ultra (when you have the red shield next to your phials) after any strike, you can press A+X to use the ultra (the camera zooms out a little and you unleash an explosion). another little trick I learned is that when you are moving and need to use the axe, you can press A+X while holding R to draw your weapon right into axe mode. once in axe mode, you can press A+X to unleash an ultra (if its charge) or a super (the third swing to an A combo with the axe). Is it possible to finish this quest with the Long Sword? It's so hard using LS due to Apex. Even if you target the feet you're most likely to bounce because it keeps hitting the body/wing instead.

Well done, my decision to stick with IG was mostly informed by your Master Test run. With this upload, it's clear how much damage CB deals relative to triple buff IG. It's good to have some sort of comparison in a game where there's no HP bar.

(recht verschiedener stil bei seregios entgegen zu dem bei jho)! ein paar fragen hätte ich allerdings, wäre cool wenn du die beantworten würdest :] 1. wenn du das selbe set mit der brachydios oder der teostra cb hinbekommen hättest, welche cb hättest du dann genommen? 2. war der ultra burst bei 5:40 so geplant oder ist da ein cancel schiefgelaufen? (in der situation wäre beides verständlich, super oder ultra) 3. dein diablos kill in diesem run ging ja ziemlich schnell. hat das überhaupt einen einfluss auf die spawnzeit von jho oder hängt die nur davon ab wann man steve gekillt hat?

Alter Schwede, sehr krass, wirklich beeindruckend! Durch Zufall gerade auf diesen Channel gestoßen, die Suche nach einem guten MH4 Kanal hat damit wohl ein Ende.. :'D

I did this a few years ago with Dire Miralis armour and that Fatalis charge blade, probably not fully upgraded, and it took me 49 mins. Seeing it done in this time is quite something.

Now I can beat the deviljo. I could always get through the first two in like 10 minutes. but the satin pro is filled with pure unadulterated rage. I was working on having all max CB and beating all missions but I could not kill the beast. This strategy helps alot with the roadblock.

That moment when you are absolutely ecstatic to destroy the next monster you can't stop looking at the clock. Wdym the next monster is a Jho? That don't matter none!

Finally someone who use a CB for this quest! I hate to say this but this is the only quest left for me in solo that I can't beat right now. I'm using the Star Knight Armor + True Ruiner Reaver (Challenger+2, Rodeo God, Sharpness+1, Steady Hand, Evasion+2 and Evade Extender (Charm is Evasion+8/Evade Dist+8 which explain why I have those two skills)) and I still have a hard time beating the first two monsters.. Some advices to get something better on this armor? HG Earplugs I guess but what more?

How do you do the normal X+A axe exhaust attack when the shield is charged? And do you block before an attack to stun them or is it that momentarily block when you switch or after some attacks?

How do you do that with your CB? You do the X+A combo but only use one phial. Is there some other input you do after the third X+A?

Question, I noticed when you have phials, you're almost immediately able to commit them to a red shield, how are you doing that? I thought you had to go into axe form then use the third power strike then revert to sword form in order to convert the phials?

Ive had this luck once in about 50 times but got killed by Jho Also I notice you were able to charge your blade attacking the dead serg, I am not able to do that. Is this some trick? Ich hab mal ne Frage. Also ich bin grade dabei CB zu lernen o.O Wie macht man die normalen Super attacken wenn das schild aufgeladen ist? bei mir macht er dann immer diesen mega burst , bei dem das schild auch entladen wird.

I don't think there is any other weapon out there that is quite able to throw down like the CB does. That is, when it is used correctly.

This may be a bit of a silly question, but when something doesn't go how you expected it to, or you end up being pummelled by a monster continuously (looking at you, Brachy), do you ever just start to cuss at the monster for a minute or so? I need to know if I'm the only one.

Wondering if this strategy would work for Advanced: Monster Hunter! It's the last quest I need for full gold checks on all stars, and I got to apex seregios twice, before carting. If anyone has tried a similar strategy, or knows of a CB solo run video for it, please let me know. Generally speaking, seeing helps me to do the damn thing.
