In this alternate universe (AU), Izuku Midoriya manifests his quirk at the tender age of 3, much earlier than most. His quirk comes with an overwhelming compulsion to control those around him, a power he wields discreetly even as a young child. In fact, he goes to great lengths to manipulate his own test results, making it appear as though he is quirkless, so as not to arouse suspicion. This manipulation ultimately drives his father to leave for America after discovering Izuku's apparent "quirklessness."
A few years later, his mother remarries Toshinori Yagi, also known as All Might, and they have a daughter together, making Izumi his half-sister. Despite his family ties, Bakugo and even Izumi often taunt him due to his perceived quirklessness.
However, it's when Izuku is just 8 years old that his life takes an unexpected turn. At this young age, he stumbles upon the existence of Soul Reapers, and driven by his insatiable desire for control, he manipulates a group of Soul Reapers to allow him entry into the Soul Society. Once in the Soul Society, he begins a journey of training and self-discovery in secret.
Izuku's training is rigorous and challenging, as he hones his abilities and comes to terms with the ethical implications of his powers. Through his determination and hard work, he eventually becomes an official Soul Reaper. His abilities and unique power draw the attention of Captain Shinji Hirako of the 5th Division, who recognizes his potential and invites him to join the division.
Izuku looks like a younger Aizen as a child, he got his brown hair from his father.
