TechTablets Zack at JerryRig did a tear down of the Exynos N20U and found it had no thermal cooling solution, no copper or thermal paste and this could explain the higher temps? Samsung have admitted that they save a lot of money with Exynos so they have saved further with no thermal solution. I think consumers who know that the Exynos is bad and still buy one, are just facilitating Samsung. I understand Samsung will still not use x-AMD GPU till 2022, so another year of Exynos in Europe. Of course, as Samsung affiliated influencers say, if you just use simple apps you will not notice anything, but a £300 phone will be the same so that is not the point. Ferrari does not release a slower cheaper engine in some regions and car enthusiasts would never say that we do not use all the power so it does not matter! The point is in fact you are paying the same for a worse chip and that is unfair and a rip-off. If Apple did this there would be influencers up in arms trolling Apple. Yet Samsung marketing budget is as big as some countries GDP so influencers avoid upsetting Samsung.

@@Techtablets bear in mind that the exynos variant comes with 256GB and pre-installed screen protector. The SD variant comes with 128GB and no screen protector too

i get about 5.5 maybe 6, but I haven't turned it down to 60hz because with 6 hours of SOT, christ that's like 12 to 19 hours off-screen time as well, so It really is a all day phone.

@@TheJeromeShu It took me 4 minutes to install Netflix, and roughly 6 minutes for Google Play and all apps.

@@TheJeromeShu not really, I had to sideload Netflix when I was using stock Chinese ROM. After switching to EU rom, you can download apps like Netflix, Disney+ from Play store directly.

Poco F2 Pro, same as my K30 Pro is great love the battery life. Even the new K30 Ultra I can get almost 12 hours on the same fixed battery life test.

I'm still rocking the Poco F1, thrown it on asphalt, on concrete.. no problem still works like a champ, plus the battery is still holding up pretty good, easily get around a day use.. The performance is still decent it runs COD at high-settings @ 60fps... only have to turn down setting to medium on newer games like Genshin-impact and the camera with the G-cam install easily rivals iPhone-X and Note-10. Plus the ability to take RAW photos is amazing.

HM1 on the Xiaomi? Wouldn't they use the same HMX?

It's good 4G everywhere in town with Yogio and Orange. But at my house it wants a times to use 3G, and only 60% of the time it will keep and stay on 4G which is annoying, the lack of LTE band 20 I think. Bands 1 and 3 work great however.

If your Note 20 Ultra is a SD865 model you'll like it more I think. But the Mi 10 Ultra is a best so quick at 120hz sadly the battery life is jsut as poor as my Note 20 Ultra. 4-5 hours SOT max at 120hz. The widget I've used since the beginning it's great Aix Weather it's called.

It depends on your network. For me I have band 1 and 3 LTE that my carrier uses so not a huge issue. But sometimes I have 3G when not in town and other phones will then lock onto band 20
