I recently got this product as a gift and I am having connection problems.
I charged the case and the earbuds during the day and tried to connect several times, however I couldn't succeed. Later, I charged it overnight in order to make sure the charger case and the earbuds has sufficient battery.
In the morning today I tried to connect again and same issue...
Please note that there is no bluetooth connection history of the device; I deleted (reseted) it several times already.
If anyone has an idea for solution, I would appreciate it.

Hello Same problem but after many tries, I may have found the solution. First, I cleaned the contacts with alcohol and a cotton swab in the bottom of the receptacle. Then when you try to associate the "Mi True Wireless Earphones" via the button on the side, you press the top of the earbuds so that the contact is made well in the bottom and at that moment the earbuds were recognized. Very simple solution plug ur charger and charge the charging box and put the earphone inside..then open the charging box while then long press the side. And then go to ur phone open ur bluetooth device it will pair..problem solve

Sooo... I did this and it works now, but I restarted my phone so I'm not sure if it helped or it was just the phone... Thanks anyways

I had a problem with them, the left earphone was not detected (the LED was not lit). Holding the button for 40 seconds (reset) did not help. After another reset, I opened the case and several times took out and put back the inoperative earpiece and then the LED on it lit up. Then you need to hold the button until you see a change in blinking, then release the button and the case will be detected by your device. I really hope that this method will help you too.

I just bought this device yesterday, I have issue on the right earbuds. Is not blinking. I did clean up the contacts inside the box with dry cotton buds/stick, without any liquid. Then, I'm charging the dock with quick/fast charging charger. After, the right earbuds start to charging and the right side LED start to blinking. If you did try both of these steps, then probably you have the faulty device. To pair with your phone/laptop, you need to make sure both earbuds are charged. Fully charged. Then you can pair it with your phone/laptop without open the lid. Good luck!

I just bought these and the left one is working perfectly but the right one does not reproduce music and doesn't make the same noise the left one does when you get into your ear. I know the right one is working since it stops music when I take it off of when I pause by hitting it twice.

one solution that worked for me was to charge the box to the max, and while taking out and putting the buds in the box, many times, reset many times also with the side button pressing it for a long time, until the both buds turn on their led and being able to pair them to the phone

Hey, I have the same Earbuds and they work fine, but they dont have any lights. Only light i have is on the charging box

Actually they should have the lights on them. Once you put them in the charging box, they will light up and you will be able to see the lights on top of the earbuds. I am sure they are lit but I guess you don't see it because there is your environment is too bright. In order to see the lights, check it out in a dark room or just simply cover one hand on top of the earbuds then you will see.

No, unfortunately I couldn't solve the problem. I gave it to a friend of mine so he could try and fix it but he couldn't fix it either. Later on, I bought a Cellularline branded airpod, which is quite similar with the Apple airpods but only with slightly bigger buds. Since the buds are big, they didn't fit in my ears perfectly and kept falling off my ears while running. So, I stopped using the Cellularline branded ones too. If anyone is thinking of purchasing the Cellularline branded pods, I strictly recommend to try them before buying. And just yesterday, I purchased another product (Mi Airdots) from the web because despite of the problem with pairing, this product fits in my ears perfectly because of its design. As soon as I receive the new product, I will try the problematic pods with the new charger which I hope will not have any problems with. After this, I will be able to understand whether the problem is about the pods or the charger. I will keep you posted about my conclusion but I am sorry to inform you that I am unable to provide you a solution for this issue... I advise you to return back the product and get a refund from the seller.

@@samel9412 not the cable. I suspect the problem is caused by the charging box or the buds. Either one of them is not charging / getting charged and thus, the buds do not pair due to lack or energy. I will let you know but please do remind me tomorrow if somehow I forget to... Cheers.

@@samel9412 Hello mate. I have just received the new product and here is my conclusion. As soon as I received the new product, I have plugged it in for charging. After having adequate energy for the pods, I tried to connect it to my laptop without any problems. The first thing I noticed as a difference between the old problematic unit and the new finely working unit was that; when I open the charger's lid while the buds are in it, I noticed the small leds on the buds lightening. Now, I have no problems with the new unit so far, it is working and fitting in my ears perfectly. The voice quality is also good, I am happy with it. Now, I will name these two products as below for ease of explaining: The first product (problematic one) --> Product A The second product (fine one) --> Product B 1- I took the A charger and plugged the B buds in it. The leds lit and I was able to pair the buds with my devices. This proves that there is no problem with the A charger. 2- I took the B charger and plugged the A buds in it. The leds did not lit and naturally the pairing was not possible. This proves that the problem was due to the A buds. They are not charging at all. Now I have a finely working "B product" and "A charger". The "A buds" will go to garbage. As I explained in my video, I had received the product A as a gift and it was originally brought from China. And I believe that, the "A buds" are either fake (imitation) or it is broken. And I have no solution to this issue. Case closed. Sorry for not being helpful enough but my recommandation is; if you have a Mi shop in your town, just go there and return / refund / change the unit. In general, this is a good product as long as it is working. Thanks for watching and collaboration.

@@mehmetsezer9999 hello Mehmet I'm happy that your new buds are workimg fine . Thank you for your time, maybe I will do the same thing as you did. I haven't Mi shop in my town the nearest Mi shop is far away. So I think I will buy new buds or just some wired headphones because I brought these bluetooth to have some experiences with them. Sorry for my english I am not good in it. But thank you.

I bought this. It was too expensive in my country. Equal to 160$ in the us. Super disappointing. Only one side works and when I bought this both worked fine but one of them lost the sound it and only worked as if you had 50% of volume when I turned it up for full. Like the sound was perfect on the right side but left was more quiet and it was disturbing. Now the one who worked fine wouldn’t turn on so I’m left with 25% of the earbuds I bought. Super disappointing I will never buy xiaomi again and I will never buy why kind of earbuds in the future.

The solution might be trying to connect the wireless earphone while the case is plugged to charging cable and earphones are in the case. I solved my problem like this.

Try to let the airphine in case and hold the side button of the case 10-15 sec . This is how to reset it . After you can hold the side button 3 sec and try to pair it . I have no conection of my right airphone and this is how i make it work .

Uhm I have a problem that one earbud is playing music but the other one not. The one that is playing is the one with the light.
