U should put the cable power then long press the side then open the charging box.then connect

The same problem just one side playing Sometimes the right side and sometimes the left side And now i hade this problem of connecting

@@yassinefarid446 mine was fine i was bicycleing around the town got into the bank got them out got my stuff done got out of bank put them in and at first it didnt even connect and then only one side playing...

If u have a button in your earphones or in your charger earphones hold it for 5 to 10 second then automatically earphones will be restored from the beginning, and the earphones will be fixed 😃 Thank me later!
