Ok Mia now I’m crying. I’ve always honoured my moon, always helped sisters to start honouring theirs.. always been a big advocate for the moon cycle and the female empowerment. Two years ago I had my daughter. I got my moon back 3 month’s after her birth. I felt proud and happy and welcomed my blood with a ceremony! Then suddenly 6 months ago my moon disappeared! I wish I had been introduced to this concept when I first started getting my period. But I grew up during a time where "honoring your moon" would have been laughed at and discouraged. Now I'm all about it, and my moon cycles are wrapping up. Makes me sad that I couldn't honor them more.

Thank you so much for this I'm literally crying. I have endometriosis and the pain makes me wish for death almost every month. I've healed a lot over the years through diet but I still struggle with being able to afford all the things I have found to really heal me on a consistent basis. I firmly believe a huge part of it stems from the amount of sexual violence I've experienced in this life and a few others I'm aware of. So I've also been trying to heal and shift in that area as well but oh my goddess, girl it is the most challenging lesson of this life for me. Subconsciously being attracted to wearing all black during one's moon time is an interesting topic, especially on the first day of your cycle. I always thought it just makes sense to wear black during that time, but after watching this video I think it goes deeper than just wearing black. During the night of a New Moon; it's pitch black and dark out, the most fertile soil is a deep brown almost black color. Ties in with the "Signs and synchronicities" video. I literally just had a spiritual epiphany this week that culminated in me singing the circle of life in my shower. If you believe in the start of the universe being the Big Bang that would mean we all came from that. Every visible and non-visible thing in this universe (and perhaps every alternate as well) originated from the same thing. They say that energy never goes away, it’s just displaced and used in another way. So that means that the energy and power that created the universe is a part of us. Anyway I love your videos and while I don’t relate to everything you say, I think that’s normal and I love that we can differ but I will still learn so much from you. Your period is absolutely 💯 sacred. Yes! My ex never said anything, but he was obviously concerned that I was putting my moon blood into the food plants that we were growing, (yuk) like, NO! I typically bleed on the new moon but this is all new to me. (I also chose to never be on birth control, age 35 now). I am an emotional wreck around my period and I end up crashing hard. I do end up slowing down, but she forces my hand and I resist. Now I am aware that I should be welcoming her and utilizing her magic. Wow, what an eye opener.

I love being able to slow down now during my moon time and going to the gym less, doing yoga instead etc instead of pushing myself.

This is so fascinating, in the past months of going off hormones I’ve connected to my cycle in a new way and have found that my attitude towards when my moon comes changes everything. Thank you for explaining that your emotions can determine how your period acts. While I was dealing with the grief of loosing both my stepdad and my dad my cycle was so off and it was the worst pain ever. But as soon as I started to heal from this grief my cycle started to go back to normal and now it always starts two days before the new moon.

Thank you for sharing 🤗. I grew up in a sexist family, where heaven forbid i even say “I’m having cramps”, the typical ideology it’s a woman’s fault 🙄 (totally a lie). Last year I went to the ER, I took so many urine test, ultrasounds… turns out I have pelvic floor dysfunction. I realized it my sacral chakra, i came to the conclusion I wasn’t honoring my Goddess energy. I was always prioritizing others before myself, being a fixer is such masculine energy.
