According to google, 8.0% of the population were in correctional institutions. This Area of Miami is certainly not on the tourist route. Known as the Dominican Neighborhoods of Miami, 72.23% Hispanic or Latino of any race, 18.33% Black or African American.

why would it be hard to believe? If you are talking about the people that live in this neighborhood, Fl houses are expensive has heck. Any owners from this area can probably sell there house for 180-220k then buy a huge house in a good neighborhood in the middle of the US

I was born early 70's and raised in Allapattah, till the age of 26 this was my "Barrio", It was a different area then. Many Americans still lived there. Major name brand stores on NW 36 st. Ebenezer United Methodist Church is an iconic building in the neighborhood. Orange Blossom Hobbies was always an epic place to go. With planes hanging from above as you entered the rear entry and the train by the front door that would run when pressing the large yellow spot on the glass. I moved out in the '90s, but A lot can be said about this neighborhood, many good people still live there, including my Mom. It will always be my childhood barrio.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS im half haitian and trinidadian. its super rear we are refereed to as latino! we have to much sense of our African ancestry to stamp ourselves and idnetify with our slave masters ethnicity only which would be latin by way of France. only people who truly dont understand what latino means would say that , in my opinion. latino is straight from european colonization. before european contact, indigenious groups did not call no caribbean island or country latin! no African called themselves latin either! thats like english speaking americans regardless of race saying they are anglo or british! latino is a colonist term that hides and steals from true racial and culture aspects and contributions. like you said about the congo and bongo, they are African drums but in America because cubans and other spanish speaking islands may use them, they are called latin percussion. how? what is latin about African culture! to me its afro-cuban culture. its not to say these places dont have latin influence form spain, italy etc..but all of our culture is not LATIN and racially we are not latin either. maybe Argentina and Uraguay are TRUE latin American countries! but in my opinion not especially caribbean islands or central Ameican and south ALerican countries on the caribbean coast or with heavy African influence or places like Bolivia with heavy native populations! to me Latino is more of a marketing tool to group every one who speaks spanish together to try and create a political and economic base. this is the way America works! its like a big corporation that creates boxes that it caters to based on who has the most economic pull. hey sorry for doing all this on your page! i know it was random. but your a great guy and your channel is the shit! J from Detroit hard to tell. Its not street stuff its commerce so you wont see graffiti or groups its all very much part of the regular flow of money and businesses. There are pen-de-jitos that claim sets but they aint the real mob the real mob is making hundreds of thousands a month not wearing a pink shirt with his friends. So.. take it as you want juvenile groups like anywhere but real crime is making bank in schemes that look like real deal economy.
