Hello friends , In this video i made full automatic Egg incubator And My own egg turner . Alot of friends was Demanding me to make an Automatic incubator by making own egg turner Because egg turners in the market is too expensive . Here Material i used in this automatic egg incubator is Below ,
Wooden sheats
120 fresh fertile eggs
temperature and humidity controller
timer module
ac gear motor
metal strips for making turner
wires
12v fan
12v adopter
24v adopter for humidifer
humidifier
heat bulb 150 watts
I have mentioned all the material i have used in this automatic eg incubator . If you have any question about this , ask me
CAUTIONS
Use fresh fertile eggs
set timer 3 sec after every 90 min
Keep auto eggs rotation till 18 days
Keep check water full of bowl
set humidity 70
set temperature 38
stop turning eggs after 18 days
never open egg before 20 day
don't candle eggs much
transfer eggs to Hatcher when eggs start to crack

Só uma dica, quando remover os ovos da encubadora para estufa de nascimento, mantenha os ovos na mesma posição que estavam na encubadora, pois os pintinhos estão na posição de nascer e já estão no início de romper a casca do ovo e se mudar a posição, eles podem girar dentro do ovo e perde o tempo de romper o ovo e podem morrer dentro do ovo por falta de oxigenação, pois o trabalho de bicagem dos ovos já foi iniciado e mudar a posição após pode haver perdas.

Not an expert, but this looks like a poor design. The bottom shelf wont get much heat while top shelf will have more then required heat. Plus chicks may fall into the water container.

U could close the water bowl with wire and the heat doesn't matter that much because it need to be between 32 to 38 and they set the down side temperature at 34 so upper side would be under 38 Hope this helps😅

I am asking you to please not color any more of the chicks you hatch. Your other video is so disturbing and you do not respond to the comments there asking you to stop. I worry you do not realize what is wrong with what you’re doing. They are living things, and do not deserve to be treated so violently so that you can sell them to children easier (who are usually not even responsible enough to keep them alive). They are not objects to be painted and are being hurt. Please stop.
