Two thoughts: (1) When Bennett began implementing the "shrinking" of the conflict (expanding work-permits for example), Iran turned up the dial and their proxies in the West Bank began a series of attacks that undermined the coalition government and returned Bibi to power. (2) Iran beta-tested the current propaganda/social-media/lawfare strategy in May 2021. They recognized then that they had penetrated into Western academia and would be able to activate those "useful idiots" in the next (and current) conflict.

Good guest, but this type of management approach won't work with the Palestinians. Take, for example, the idea of increasing their autonomy with more self-governing security forces. It didn't work in the past, so why would it work now? When the PA was set up as the security force, the PA quickly became corrupt, leading to fissures in society. Then PA members began defecting to Hamas. They end up weaponizing any autonomy against Israel. And when one of faction attacks Israel, which inevitably results in heavier security restrictions, then the radical center of gravity across the population rises and we're back to where we started. If Israelis want to survive, they must become completely self reliant. The West has absolutely no understanding of Middle East culture and radical Islam; Israel should not become someone else's social science experiment.

Read and listen to the words of Hasan Nasrallah, Takadum Al-Khatib, Mustafa Barghouti, Ghazi Hamad, Abdullah al Andalusi, Mohammad Hijab, along with new favorite Yemeni imam, Habib Umar bin Hafiz, and you will understand why this pretend state with women's rights, gay rights, etc, is not in the cards. Not their mindset. You are speaking in Western voice.

Oct 7th shows you that Hamas, in fact pan Islamic jihadists, have no lower limit of attack on Israel. I think for one thing, Gaza has to be occupied and passified. But Israel cannot do this. It requires a coalition of Arab countries to run a provisional Palestinian government. Are they capable of that?

The only reason they were kicked out wherever they tried to settle in, is simply that they called themselves the 'chosen ones', which didn't go down well with other human races.
