Sell Kane because he's worth an absolute fortune, start Shearer to batter the defence for a good hour, then let Lineker run off the back of those battered defenders for 30 minutes. I remember Big Al Shearer laying Fabio Cannavaro out with an elbom in a Champion's League game. Absolute magic.

I don't know Micah personally but he was brought up in the same area as me, Chapeltown. T2, a producer from Leeds did a baseline track called "Heartbroken" which did well in the charts at the time and Micah was in the video

If you’ve ever spoken to John Barnes about injuries I’m sure he’ll have told this story… he once got injured at Aintree after Alan Hansen bet he could beat him in a foot race, so they raced and John pulled his hamstring, only to be told Kenny had bet on Alan 😂

I lived near Joey Barton when he was at City (I think - it was north west anyway), and I got one of his payslips in the post. He’d either just left to go to QPR or was on loan from them because his payslip was from QPR. He was paid £80,000 per month at QPR. They took off his meals and his laundry. I opened it by mistake as I lived on my own and didn’t need to regularly see who the Mail was for (partner, parents kids etc).

Financially the salah deal would be terrific. However, is there a player realistically who's going to replicate the impact salah has every season for that money? I don't think so, best rw in the world, saka second best who will not be leaving arsenal. It's a gamble selling

I’d have Saka as a current prem player as a future pundit. Very clever bloke. Young up and coming manager, Shaun Maloney at Wigan. Playing the same tactics as pep in league one with a -8 points start and using mainly youth team players. Had a fantastic start. As for the Liverpool debate regarding Salah, I’d have Saudi on one phone and at the same time I’d have Mbappes agent on the other. However you want to do it, wether it’s offer psg the money in January or give it mbappe in the summer as a signing on bonus with him being a free agent.

I’m a Liverpool fan and I’m still saying don’t sell salah. Who could we buy to replace him anyway?? There is no one we could buy near his level for that money. If we could get mbappe then ye but that just isn’t going to happen.
