Yep i have been stuck in the same position. I do notice that if i watch something wholesome like babies or baby animals, I can soften up enough to have a moment or 2 of imagining safety and love. I am sending you loving kindness...❤

Since we met (and fell in love ♥ ) I have DEFFINETLY softened and am now for the first time in my 70 years, able to love myself !!!! It's not always been an easy journey (as I'm sure you know) . It's up and down for sure. ⏫⏬I've had to let my luv go 😐🙁 and that's been the very hardest thing ever. But people like you are helping me sooooooooo much!!!
