Michael Clarke Duncan's Funeral (1957-2012)
Michael Clarke Duncan passed away on September 3, 2012. He was 54 years old. He suffered complications from a heart attack, which led to respiratory failure.
His fiancee, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, attended Michael Clarke Duncan's Memorial Service at Forest Lawn Cemetery on Sept. 10, 2012, in Los Angeles.
A host of stars and celebrities attended. Tom Hanks, Jay Leno and Stevie Wonder were among those who helped celebrate the life of Michael Clarke Duncan during a memorial service.
Backed by a gospel choir, singers Angie Stone, Kelly Price, Kenny Lattimore and Abraham McDonald lent their voices to the private funeral. State Assemblyman Mike Davis and Los Angeles City Council President Herb Wesson also attended, with the council declaring Monday as "Michael Clarke Duncan Day".
We say farewell to the "Gentle Giant" and he will forever be remembered for his role in "The Green Mile."

I remember seeing him working out in the then Bally's gym in Hawthorne California back around 05 or 06. He used to speak and was friendly to everyone in the gym.

Awesome 👍 actor who will be missed dearly 😢👼 RIP Big Mike 💔, I loved him in "The Scorpion King" with The Rock!!!! Great fight 👊 scenes!!!!! Beautiful home going!!! 😢👋👏👏👏👏. From a huge fan of his 👍👍👍💖. God bless this family, I know they are still hurting over his death 😢💔🌹 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹. It's good to know that God didn't let suffer. Peace out for now my friend 👋.

He was a great person on and off screen. He gave his all in every performance he was in and touched the hearts of many people young and old. This is a man that will be sorely missed. Heaven is blessed having him, "An Angel". RIP. Your fan always.

one of my FAVORITE actors.. he was awesome.. a true giant in body and soul.... sweeter words of him were never spoken..even Stephen King has words: "No one has ever done a character I wrote more justice"

Watching 'Green Mile' marathon on AMC. During commercials watched the behind the scenes (my favorite part of movie making) and now I'm here. What a sweet, gentle, grateful human spirit. May he rest in peace. Thank you for this video to give more insight.

Wow. I stumbled across this video while looking for something else.....Omarosa - I'm so so sorry for your lose. Big Mike was one of my favorite actors. He seemed like a genuinly nice guy with a sense of humor. Looking at this got me teary eyed a bit. Still can't believe he's not physically here, but his spirit and all his work lives on. God bless you and his/your famliy.
