I was a huge fan , like 20+ years ago with "Never Too Late" which I send to my grown daughters every year. But lost the love when it FELT like he was up for the money grab. I changed my tune recently. I'm enjoying the positive vibes. Nothing wrong with uplifting as long as it's not annoyingly fake-feeling. I think he's just having a great time these days doing music he likes.
