The child sexual abuse allegations of 2003 resulted in a long trial two years later. Sneddon was the lead investigator again, as well as the trial prosecutor. The trial ended with Jackson being acquitted on all counts.[23] The two investigations controlled by Sneddon drew complaints that he was motivated by a "vendetta" against Jackson; evidence to support these claims include Sneddon joking about Jackson's greatest hits album being released on the same day as his arrest and sarcastically saying, "Like the sheriff and I really are into that kind of music", calling Jackson "Wacko Jacko" and shouting "we got him, we finally got him" to the media when he had only just begun an investigation and had gathered limited evidence. "D.S." was sung outside the courtroom by a group of Jackson's fans every day the trial took place

LOVE IT! MJ definitely sang Tom Sneddon, but his lawyers probably told him to change the name to Dom Sheldon (D.S.) Post-Recording, for legal reasons. I love how toward the end he adds "Thomas Sneddon"...and the lyrics say Dom S. Sheldon. So awesome.

This is the real Michael. This song is what separates Michael from the stars of today. Michael had the guts to call out anyone, write about Anything (not just break up shit or the cliché pop/hip hop topics), and find the absolute best ways to execute things. One day, I hope to be like him in my own way. This is the same man who stood there for minutes and commanded respect at the Super Bowl before moving a muscle. He represented patience, determination, hard work and everything I love in music.

Should've been re-titled to "B.S." with all the crap that's been going on around with his name being flung around like a Frisbee in the biased media world over those pesky age-old rumors. With that aside, can't get enough of his crazy good voice on this track. The heavy guitar work compressed with his fiery executed vocals go so damn well together. The King of Pop - never shying away from blending different genres together. The Rock&B vibes are extra niceee here. Props to Slash on the guitar

@@avedic Let me tell u this. Abuse CAN HAPPEN. Abused kids happen to turn into abusers later on. But that's not the case. He denied everything and I believe him, because it's his words against his accusers words, and his acussers are proven liars and they are not sharing those stories for nothing more than money. You can be a fan and ask yourself you are wrong in believing him being innocent, but the most research you do, the most you believe we as in fact innocent. Because there's no other story than the true timeline itself, NOBODY can change what happened in real life, not even showing pictures and saying he was abusing me, when we already knew that never happened, and he was acquitted. Not just justice cleared this case, the first accuser told Michael didn't touch him, and the later accusers are copying every exact word written back in 1993 against Michael. They don't have testimony, they have a made up story. You can love MJ, but say he could ever abuse a child is just being unable to see the whole thing, it's like a blindnes. I don't want to make u feel angry on me because i'm saying you are blind, instead of that, I recommend that you watch SquareOneMJ and other objetive information, but Leaving Neverland? Wade? James? other grow-ups accusers? no, don't listen to them because they had been paid for saying that. Hollywood has a dark side, TOO MANY people in hollywood is very creepy and fucked up. But Michael was an exception, he tried to made us wake up about it and see what's wrong in life. That's why they'd turned him to be the BAD, when he was the Good. Only recently I began to become more interested in the work of Michael Jackson and was shocked by how much suffering Michael Jackson had to go through from greedy people. I love how he called the song D.S. and in the booklet (this was one of few songs whose lyrics were in the booklet) it said that he was singing Dom Sheldon. Mike knew what he was doing.
