he has won a superbowl with the bloody packers, you know that right? he didnt have the greatest head coach ever or the goat tight end, or clutch receivers like edelman ... but he still has the bowl, and yes he has the most talent of all quarterbacks, thats visible, so yeah he is right there in the greatest debate ... remember no quarterback wins rings on his own, dont forget that, TB is accomplished but let him play with the average packers with average O line, he would have retired by 36 with all the sacks he would get and the injuries that come with not being able to scramble, or throw accuratelly on the run ...

Rodgers had 2 HoF receivers in Donald Driver and Greg Jennings in his first 3 years and then in 2011 they added Jordy Nelson. He had Cobb and Jordy Nelson after that. Then once Cobb fell off they got Devante Adams. If Brady had receivers like that he would have thrown for 40-45 TDs every year and won more Superbowls. So don't act like Rodgers had nothing. Also he had great defenses. Clay Matthews and Charles Woodson were beasts. Let's be honest, Brady has gotten more done with less. He beat the Falcons without Gronk, so that excuse is out the window.
