I love Michael Landon, the characters he portrays always send a positive message, he shows love and concern for others, he is humble, a great little brother, an incredible dad and an Angel.. I love Michael Landon, I am still watching Bonanza, Little House and Highway, There is always a positive lesson learnt❤️

Brilliant great storyteller joker and intelligent. I don't no what actors today would compare with Mike landon his direction acting producing writing all on his own

Landon was definitely great at everything so there's no competition there, but in terms of acting and charisma nowadays, I'd only seriously consider Timothy Olyphant. He's got a couple of iconic western roles under his belt with Deadwood and Justified. Also his Conan O'Brien interviews rank up there with Michael's Carson interviews. All worth checking out if you haven't already, especially Justified.
