Paolo Vasquez Good question, There certainly is some Spanish influence there, but I don't think it is regarded as a hispanic or latin country. Some of it's inhabitants do have hispanic heritage. Judging by your last name, you probably be considered hispanic due to your ethnic heritage, but not nationality.
