Organized crimes, again does not apply. Crimes that cross state borders, again does not apply. They will also investigate violations of one’s civil rights. Home owner was a Boston cop, another guest was an atf agent. Everyone else was not law enforcement other than the victim. Now no one in that house was acting under the color of the law so their occupations do not come into play as far as charging them with civil rights violations. So we are left with a white on white crime, no civil rights violations there. JO was not a part of any protected class. So no violations there. The Feds are not picking up this murder case no matter how much you want them to. The fed case is going to die on the vine with no action taken.
