I’m a contractor and I have done hundreds of T1-11 tear offs and then replaced with concrete board and I had a guy talk about how he does this and his hands can’t handle it, so I gave this a try and it’s the only thing that keeps my hands from getting soft. I use to take the gravel from my side yard and do this but I would get micro cuts.

Is it true that these rice bucket exercises give you knockout power
@mantorok0914 күн бұрын
They’ll strengthen your forearm and hand muscles, which could help stabilize your fist, but no doing this kind of rice bucket training on its own will not magically make you punch harder. It just toughens your hands.

Youre not doing it right. You have to submerge your hand so there is resistance all the way up to the wrist. Youre just playing with it like a toddler.
