Aikido documentary and interview with Micheline Tissier, 6th Dan Aikikai filmed during the 12th International Aikido Federation Congress and Seminar held in the city of Takasaki, Japan, in Semptember 2016. Micheline Tissier is one of the most senior women aikidoka in the world.

J'ai trouvé cet entretien très agréable. Merci à Madame Tissier et à vous, Guillaume. Et oui, un sensei peut donner une voie de vie à des gens en difficultés, quelque soit leur situation rencontré. J'en ai la preuve en pratiquant l'aïkido et l'aïkijujutsu en parallèle avec mon maître. J'étais un peu perdu dans ma vie, qui n'est pas simple vu les soucis légaux que je rencontre (soucis administratifs) et je dois dire que depuis bientôt 7 mois, je suis devenu un autre homme. Je regrette de ne pas avoir sauté le pas, il y a plus de 20 ans mais, je goûte chaque minute passé sur le tatami comme ma petite madeleine de proust, à moi. C'est un défouloir, un moment où je suis un autre et où je vide mon esprit pour m'adonner exclusivement à ce qui est devenu une passion, un but dans mon cheminement personnel. Malgré mon âge avancé, je compte bien arriver à un certain niveau dans la pratique; ça prendra du temps mais, je suis prêt à relever ce défi. Merci encore !

料理の世界でもそうですが日本は伝統的に「見て覚える」技術を見て盗んで自分のものにするのが潔くて、質問したり説明を求めたりすることを良しとしない考えがあった。でもそれでは今の日本では学ぶ側の人間がついてこないし、相手が外国人の場合もそうだろう。文化の押し付けになる。彼女のような、言葉できちんと説明すること、それができることが大事だと思います。日本のやり方に囚われるよりも、それ以上に良いやり方を追求して実践する方がいい。

16歳の女の子たちをnot matured enoughtと不合格にした先生方は日本人だったんじゃないだろうか?日本独特の価値観に固執し過ぎてしまうと、彼女が指摘しているように若い人達が続ける意欲を無くしてしまいかねない。合気道の基本に忠実に、同時に生徒への教え方や若い人達の育成は時代の変化に合わせて見直していくことが有効なんだと思います。

Certainement +Giuliano Marchi​ ce sont surtout les enfants qui s'attachent à ce genre de reconnaissance et c'est d'autant plus ravageur moralement lorsque c'est refuser...
