Actually me and her are very simular. I could sleep in till noon I do have to set alarms myself to go off to get up so depending what shift I'm doing. I am finding more and more I have a cup of tea in the morning, not coffee. Breakfast if I'm needed up and out anywhere it's weetabix that a bit like a banana it gives also a slow release of energy throughout the morning but I do like it with an orange juice, . Lunch, ill have eggs and beans on toast but I'll have something on toast. But I'd I don't get up on time it's a brunch and it just is something on toast. I love cocanut products, love the smells of it, love it mixed with other things such as cocanut and shea butter! And that's cruelty free so I feel I'm doing my bit for the animals. I am more of a night person but I feel it works in my favour more just because I'm creative and my best work comes at night. If I decide to be really, really good and do exercise which I get out the habbit of doing a lot, I'll try doing it without thinking whether or not I want to. I'll skip out of bed and put music on my phone and do situps to at least two to three songs. I need to get back into that habbit!
