Huh? Did you not watch the segment? She named so many great meals. She said she's not a big breakfast person but drinks smoothies midday, protein bars, salad with protein for lunch, cashews or a salty snack in afternoon and for dinner she likes Asian meals or one pot meals like chicken with root vegetables and potatoes, etc. She loves the Salmon burger from a local joint and cheat meal is french fries.

stay happy I guess everyone is different, but it still doesn’t seem quite normal. Like maybe there’s some kind of illness causing it. I know my sister has Crohn’s disease and has a finicky diet. What she can eat and when, otherwise she gets horribly ill. For me, if I don’t eat an hr or so after I wake up, I’m starving and actually get light headed and slightly nauseous.

It's fairly common in Japanese food. So someone who lives in LA or a bigger metro area and eats sushi a lot is likely to encounter in a menu fairly regularly. I like octopus.
