@1:44 Chicago History/Trivia At 1 point the Prudential Building was the 1st Sky Scraper built in Chicago and had an observation deck at the top.

I heard Chicago is long over due for snowfall this year and y’all haven’t had any yet. Is that true? I’m planning a trip w/ my wife and 6 month old son to the Chi for the first time in 2 weeks. Just trying to get a feel for what to expect and how to best prepare. Thx for the beautiful video! I felt like I was there already! Also we’ll be there for 5 days but realistically only have 3 full days to explore. Any MUST DO’s you recommend within that short period of time? Thanks!

No snow yet but it will be warmer in the next few days. End of Dec, its usually frigid cold air.

How are the trees still green? Is it usually not cold in Chicago this time of year?

They are yellow, but yea the leaves hang on. It was cold. 28F

Not entirely sure which building you're referring to, but I'll guess the one on the Thumbnail. Water Tower. To repeat this specific tour set your GPS app to "Millennium Park" and the reflecting sculpture is called "Cloud Gate" the ice rink is right below. From there set the GPS app to "Water Tower" or "Water Tower Place" you'll end up at the thumbnail building. I hope it helps! Have a great visit in Chicago and happy holidays!
