Alabama didn’t execute as well as they could have but the scheme was far and away the biggest problem. Defensively, it’s fine to stick in man but you have to banjo the pick/rub routes - especially in bunch formations with tight splits. Too many guys getting free yards on flat routes. Offensively, run the ball, move the pocket, pass protection scheme has to be better, too many slow developing pass concepts with how the o-line was playing. Overall just got out coached - never thought I’d say that about a Saban staff.

I said it before the final 4 were chosen. Leave Texas and Bama out and put UGA in at #2. They earned it. For 3 years undefeated in the regular season and drop 5 spots after a 3-point loss? Please.
