My husband was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia 2 years ago, and I have always said...he could still fly a plane if the world slowed down to his speed. I had never heard of this disease until he was diagnosed. I now almost feel like an expert. PLEASE continue the research, early detection is the key to treatment. And the REM diagnosis is SO important. My husband had horrible (acting out), what I would call 'night terrors' as long as I've known him, then after his diagnosis, we found out that was a major symptom.

This is the first time that I finally understand why it is that I have memory problems but also why it is that, if I think long enough, it eventually comes to me. I refuse to throw in the towel and accept that things will continually gets worse with my PD. I worked as an MRI Technologist most of my life and I know enough about the brain to understand that it can be as malleable as soft clay and find ways to compensate for permanent damage to various parts of the brain. To give up and resign myself to the unknown is to limit myself to the unknown.

The Flint Michigan civil notice filed by the people of Flint Michigan asked for aluminum hydroxide corrosion control and Chlorinated water to be removed from the chemical water treatment plants for Flint Michigan. The governor of Michigan and the environmental health department of Michigan saw this was a common disaster too large for Michigan to handle. They were arrested.

The causes are definitely different Alzheimer's is caused by aluminum ingestion and parkinson's and Huntington chorea is caused by four carbon ring exposure.
