Probably because he gets asked the same questions all the time. I've read his books and seen him live, his books are great, live not so great. The time I saw him he seemed to level his talk as if he's talking to a group of kids although the place was jam packed with adults who had probably read his books. It was a bit of a snooze fest to be honest, the best part was the Q&A where the audience got to ask questions. The bar got raised at that point but unfortunately it didn't last long.

@@skyblue9991 No. Its true. They see us as alpha. Domesticated dogs has that embedded in them. If you nurture a baby of whatever species they will think you are his parents and these animals dont have the brain power to comprehend we are different than them. They take our shape for granted since they seen us from birth. You noob. If you need more classes. I charge Sherlock
@skyblue9991
@skyblue9991 3 жыл бұрын
@@cloudridermrbliss7085 I didn't say anything about hierarchy. They most definitely see us as the alpha but that has absolutely nothing to do with the point I was making. A quick Google search for “does my dog think I’m a dog?” says "no and that’s primarily because of how we smell. Dogs have the same senses as humans, but their sense of smell is much better; humans have about six million olfactory receptors in the nose (the receptors that allow you to smell) while dogs have up to 300 million-making their sense of smell anywhere between 10,000 and 100,000 times better than an average human. Dogs also have a second olfactory system, called the Jacobsen’s organ, that allows them to process much more information through smell than humans can-including what species they’re interacting with. You know your dog's habit of sniffing other canine’s backsides? That’s not just a “dog’s way of saying hello.” What they’re actually doing is sniffing out information. There is a ton of information your dog can get just from another dog’s scent, including the dog’s age, gender, health, sexual readiness, and-you guessed it-whether or not they’re actually a dog. Your dog can tell instantly whether they’re interacting with another dog or a human by scent alone-so when your dog gets a whiff of you, they know they’re dealing with a human." So the next time you try to pretend to be smart... maybe do a quick Google search, dummy. 👍

As a futurist, his visions might sound outlandish to some; I assure you, he is well grounded in his reasoning with a deep understanding of our trajectory as a species. I imagine his predictions will be a collection of beautiful files in the near future where many of the things he said will have come to fruition. His true wisdom will play out many years from now.

Dr Michio Kaku is awesome and was a great inspiration as a kid in getting me interested in Physics. Here’s a quote from this talk that I made a special note of: “So what is Physics? Physics is the harmonies you can write on vibrating strings. What is Chemistry? Chemistry is the melodies you can play on these strings. What is the Universe? The Universe is a symphony of strings. And then what is the Mind of God that Albert Einstein so eloquently wrote about for the last 30 years of his life? The Mind of God would be cosmic music resonating through 11-dimensional hyperspace.” - Dr Michio Kaku, 2019

Hi 👋 I’m in awe with Professor Kaku’s brain! The more I listen to him the more I think outside my own box, which feels absolutely amazing and makes me wanna go back to school to study physics in general, quantum mechanics, etc. The more I learn through listening to him, the more I have started to imagine (at least partly my own thoughts experiences, I reckon they are all more or less byproducts of but not limited to Michio Kaku’s own visions, so with that out of the way..) I’ve grown accustomed to the idea of not being attached to our physical bodies, but instead become more comfortable in being in other aspects - meaning, if we’re to be able to leave earth for the first time and go to Mars (in whatever way we are able to do so in the future) I think it’d be beneficial to go there w/o needing our physical bodies, our minds - yes, and with Professor Kaku’s thought experiment of laser beaming our consciousness to the moon and from there create an avatar in any way we prefer it would allow for a freedom that right now is almost inconceivable to grasp, except it is not. As long as we are capable of doing the necessary mental gymnastics (I write,- & mean that in the most positive way!) we’ll be successful in figuring out,- and fulfilling all goals that mankind has dreamt of pursuing for the longest time. In my entire life I have always felt a sense of *je ne sais qui* when my brain,- figuratively speaking, takes a leap of faith and goes beyond what I would say is my usual limitations,- and in doing so “literally” supersedes what I perceive I’m capable of, only to be happily surprised and very satisfied when I understand that there is a lot more than what is the normative expectation of what we should believe and how we are supposed to think about this and that. It’s a liberating feeling to get to experience this, and yes I feel both grateful and very happy to have discovered new sides within myself. I don’t know whom to credit this quote for but: *”I have everything, but that is all I have!”* (I feel this quote sums up my comment perfectly.) Respectfully, Grace 🩰⚛️

It’s so humbling how primitive we are we don’t know where we came from or where we’re going and our smartest ppl spend hours discussing the possibilities

@@matthewlawton9241 that’s a tiny amount of information in the bigger scale of things, we have 0 idea where we will be in 200 thousand years and we have no idea why humans or any life form exists anyway, the information we have on the universe is so limited to say it isn’t is just pure human arrogance and wanting to play god, we get the biology but why why does any of it even make sense why are there random giant stars floating around space, why are there random frequencies and dimensions in this universe, we are so primitive if you compare us to the idea of an alien civilisation that has evolved for millions of years, and that concept is just as strange as the fact we are alive today, we know very little
