THAILAND MOTORCYCLE TRIP: Phrae province - Food, Roads, Landmarks, Restaurants, Temples, Landscapes.

In my opinion, the rainy season is the best time to travel in the Northern Thailand. I know it may be quite dangerous when we travel while it rains but you will see more greenery and better atmosphere. Phrae is my hometown and I'm glad to see you enjoy when you were there. In Oct-Feb, Northern thailand is popular for tourism. Be careful driving . Recommend for northern food, larb moo kua (spicy pork & thai herbs), nam prik ong (spicy pork & tomato) eat with cap moo. Have fun&safe trip ka.✌️

There are different varieties of Papaya salad. I believe you ordered spicy papaya salad with a salty crab!! It's a spicy dish so it needs to eat with other foods. Thai people will eat the salad with other dishes i.e. rice noodles, sticky rice and fresh veggies. Try to observe how thai people eat foods if you not sure ask them so you will end up with a well balanced meal ( texture, spicy, salty, sweet).

Food that should be eaten, they are called Papaya Salad, Blue Crab, or Pickled Blue Crab with Fish Sauce, which Thai people will like to eat a lot, for you may be too salty, you have to order only Thai Papaya Salad, it will be OK for you.

I would like to recommend northern food they prefer cook a bit salty way not much menu with coconut milk or sweet taste which different from food in central or southern , just ask them not too much salty 😊 i am from Lampang where food cultural is salty hahah
