I installed my 368 Easy Start today, I have a 4 ton package unit very little to no space to mount the easy start on my a/c unit so I had to extend the wiring so I could mount the easy start on my house. A good option would be to order the easy start with longer wiring to accommodate remote mounting not all a/c units are the same. The easy start works great, connecting the wiring was very easy. This unit works great with my generator.

You should really highlight the protection from brownouts, over voltage and power interruptions more. These features greatly add to the longevity of a compressor and are one of the reasons I picked your brand over others.

Glad to witness your continuing success! I bought a Micro-Air unit for my 13,000 BTU, RV air conditioner. Installed it professionally (myself). It works great. Now I can run the AC with my Honda EU2000i easily. It even runs with the ECO mode engaged on the generator. Very nice!

I have Installed a Micro Air 364 on a 1.5 T compressor for a Cold room and is working fine reducing the max amp from 52A to only 17A. Should the Micro Air be ON only when the compressor is running? Or I installed wrong?

How can I reprogram / relearn my Easystart 368 if it did not come with the jumper on JP1?

Hi and thanks for your question. If your EasyStart 368 was purchased after 2019, it has a Bluetooth interface with which you can initiate the ReLearn. You can verify this by the fact that there should be a Bluetooth logo sticker on the cover. If it is Bluetooth, go to either the Apple App Store or to Google Play, and search for "Micro-Air EasyStart". That will bring up the app that you need to install. Once installed, you can connect to your EasyStart, then visit the "ReLearn" screen to enable the ReLearn on the next power up. Hope this helps. Thank you for your business.
