I wanted to keep the back seats functional so this was definitely the better option, as it fold away neatly in the boot.
This is Part 1 of the build, Part 2 will be breakdown of build costs, accessories and all links etc.

You can also try VW Sharan/ Seat Alhambra / Ford Galaxy ("same car") :)
