This actually looks kinda fun. The battle mode reminds me of twisted metal in a way. Did they ever update this and add anything possibly?

I'm amazed you even managed to make a review this long, the limited content is a dealbreaker for its asking price, no matter how much fun the core is. It sounds quite positive despite the obvious lack of content. gamedefence.blogspot.ie/2017/07/micro-machines-world-series-review.html I did a write up, and really found it hard to look past the lack of a structured set of single player modes, meagre 10 race tracks and 3 online race modes. There is a solid core here, but it need more tracks, customisation and vehicles.

Yet again Single Player gamer's are given the middle finger in view of Multiplayer... Correct me if I'm wrong but it wasn't Pc Gamer's of which I've been one (but I was & have been a long time console buyer & gamer also) that built the gaming industry into the billion dollar money eating machine that it's become, it was single player console gamer's, end of story... It was console owners who bought every console going & those single player gamers had the option of 2 Player or Co-Op if we wanted & as a fan of Multiplayer I'm tired of alot of game's being developed purely for Multiplayer or a certain game type in mind... It's 2019 are you telling me we can't have it all... F'N developers are just being lazy & cash grabbing when they opt for one particular gamer, which is now predominately Multiplayer, in mind & more often than not those multiplayer gamer's along with single player gamers are hit with Microtransactions/Loot Boxes & a shedload of DLC on top of the full price of any given game now... It's a F'N joke... I hate to come across as a cranky old git but it's true & if developers are not careful they'll find those gamer's will drop them just as quick as they dropped us... That's my rant over & Enjoy .. Sure this game will be brilliant in Multiplayer, that's a given, but to ignore the core players that led to these developers becoming the giants they are, is a slap in the face... I'd be the first to say that it was wrong if all or a large majority of game's were all Single Player as your denying other gamer's that just want to play it online... This game would've sold by the truck load like many others if they stopped aiming for one market whether that's single or multiplayer... This was one of my favourite games on the 16bit console's but I cant play this latest version in years, because it's multiplayer, what a rip... Ps One other thing for console & game developer's to take into consideration is the simple fact that this generation of gamers will not back console's or game's the way the old school up til now have... Current generation of gamer's & human's, come to think of it, have very short attention spans & drop whatever they were into to move onto something else & will not back console developer's & games developer's like a true gamer shoul...Now if that day should come, I'd say by then the single player & co-op players will have left long ago & what they are left with are the short attention span of current gamers who won't bother to back them as they're on Facebook/Twitter, et al, or getting Free Games on their cell/mobile phone's... Multiplayer has been the way console gaming is & has been going since they really started pushing that type of gaming half way through the last gen console's lifespan, being the Xbox 360 & PS3... Which also coincidentally just happened to be when this whole console zealot console nonsense started, with the childish rants of my Xbox 360 is better than your PS3 & vice versa, seriously grow up... These are the same people that don't release that there needs to be competion in any business field to insure your getting the best possible deal on consoles & game's... I'll simply put it this way, if you got up tomorrow to find out that either Microsoft or Sony was the " one & only console provider in the world " then they would rip you off on the price of the console & so would the developers of the game's, as they have no competitor's to balance it out so that there is a healthy medium... .....

I was sucked into buying this game due to nostalgic feeling. What a fucking mistake that was, the lack of everything in this game is just shocking. hardly any maps, weapons, gamemodes or single player content. I found the racing fun and from the few tracks there are i gotta say there fun but it didn't make up for the rest of the shit...
