Two Hands and a Tiny House

I am trying to build a tiny house for less than $4000 in 4 weeks.
Well I went a little over on time and budget but here but here it is. The micro tiny house complete. I may have spent a little extra time and money but for me it was worth it.
What a crazy little journey. Now to prepare to build my main tiny house.

When designing my small Motorhome, I put in the flooring, bed with underneath storage and went from there. I've got all the necessities for living well whilst travelling but wanted to take the time to decide what was most important to me and where I want things to go in future. It's important to think things out.

Unfortunately homeless people have a tendency of not being completely mentally stable, and would most likely end up losing their homes again, or trashing them somewhere, or even just taking anything of value and abandoning them. There's actually a better alternative for the homeless, i found his youtube channel earlier today, hold on, lemme find a link to the video. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f8qphZWr39Crh6s.html This guy can build high quality homeless homes for like... 100 bucks each, comes with lighting, cooking shelves, a bed and some storage space... Can also be used for camping... Nothing really valuable in them, and it's right up the homeless alley... at least the unstable ones.

The problem isn't the cost of housing; a tarpaper shack is dirt cheap. The problem is finding a spot the capitalism propertarians will let you place your tiny house. If you look at the cost of official trailer park spaces, they're just as much as a small apartment. And if you try to hide your tiny house somewhere else, you'll get get harassed and ticketed by police and bylaw enforcement.

I think this is one of the best _tiny_ Tiny Houses I've seen. You've got all the essentials in place and didn't waste space on anything unnecessary. The toilet is a bit awkward (probably need a shade for the windows/door), and obviously the walls/wood isn't finished everywhere. No fridge or cooking appliances, but there's room for them underneath the counter. So overall, unfinished, but perfect for the bare minimum if that's what you're going for!

He also needs a cover for the hot water heater because the elements will destroy it. He needs some heat & a/c, a stove or some type of cooking appliance, low voltage refrigerator and to something to cover up all of the exposed particle board. Possibly some cheap wall paper or contact paper would do as a quick fix! But hey. I guess he's going to figure it all out down the road. N rhe end it will be around $6-#7,000 with the extra stuff he's going to need to finish up the odds & ends!

Mobliz so if you live in a car is that a house? Or if you live in an alley is that a house lol. It’s a camper. You can live in a camper. And it’s still a camper. Just like if you live in a car, at the end of the day it’s still a car. Or if you live in a box, at the end of the day it’s still a box.

Thomas Moran, I agree. We can't let definitions change without limits. In the US, they are calling a bedroom + a sinkless bathroom **& NO real kitchen** in it a micro apartment. It's not an apartment! (Seattle, WA) Worse: one building has a free-standing toilet and shower in the bedroom, fully visible! Also, no private kitchen or living room! You gotta share those!

Thomas Moran, but still.....he did a great job, only a little over budget and time. It looks sleek, and the wood work is nice looking, especially the window frames.
