Gamepad Mode for Microdose doesn't require any VR, so you can play Microdose VR using just a Gamepad controller such as an XBOX gamepad controller on your PC gaming computer, without a VR headset.
For GPU power, the Nvidia GTX1080 or higher is recommended to get optimal performance for collapsing particles.

Yes this is the new update (released later this month,) played with Gamepad Mode. So it's played without any use of VR headset, just using XBOX controller on PC to play Microdose by Goop Wizard.
