You can absolutely grow an entire salad's worth of veggies-think lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, and even tomatoes-all in one pot! Over the years, I've experimented with growing various micro dwarf vegetables and fruits in small spaces, like my balcony. I've now upgraded to a little bit larger of a balcony, but I still try and grow as much food as possible in the smallest amount of space.
