Can we share files, update them afterwards, and have it update with everyone that it is shared with already? I’d like to take it one step further and have it show up in my windows explorer like OneDrive files do, only with any updates from anyone with editing permissions able to update it from windows explorer, save it, and have the changes show

The file will share version updates once you have saved in Sharepoint. You can check by seeing the last modified date. We hope that helps!

Same issue, i tried to implement this to my office, they purchase office 365 along with the company email and it seems they are not using it

Depending on what subscription your office purchased, most have SharePoint as part of the license. We recommend reaching out to your IT person and request to set up the SharePoint server. Then you would be able to have this capability. We hope that helps.
